Patients download the free The Journey app from the App or Play Store. Upon signup, patients opt to share their health information with their provider. Then you'll start getting real-time data from your patients in The Journey Clinic.
The Journey Clinic is designed to save you time when seeing patients in the clinic. The data gathered during pregnancy are consolidated for quick and easy consumption, reducing time spent with the patient. The Journey Clinic is designed to alert you when the patient experiences something you would be concerned about. This is especially useful in monitoring high-risk pregnancies.
